A compliance desk that reads the notifications so you don't have to.

Gupta Consultant's Vendor Compliance Division was built around one recurring client problem: businesses trust their contractors' paperwork right up until an inspector doesn't. We exist to close that gap, quietly, every month.

Our Story

Compliance work that started on factory floors, not in a boardroom

Vendor compliance rarely fails because a company doesn't care — it fails because the responsibility is split across HR, procurement and a dozen individual contractors, none of whom own the whole picture. We built our practice to be that single owner: the desk that knows which contractor's ESI challan is late, which state just revised its minimum wage, and which licence renews next month.

Our approach borrows from how a good internal audit team works — recurring checklists, dated registers, and evidence that holds up when someone official asks to see it. We report in plain language, not legal jargon, because the person reading our update is usually running a plant or a project, not a law firm.

(Note to the client: replace the paragraphs above and the figures below with your firm's actual founding year, city and verified track record before publishing.)

How The Practice Has Grown

Milestones worth mentioning

Early Years

Started as a labour-law advisory for local manufacturers

Establishment registrations, factory licences and payroll compliance for a small group of manufacturing clients in and around Delhi NCR.

Growth Phase

Vendor Compliance formalised as its own division

As clients scaled contractor headcount, we split out a dedicated CLRA and vendor-audit team rather than folding it into general payroll work.

Digital Push

SaralComply and Comply Vendor platforms built in-house

Paper registers moved onto a dashboard so clients could see compliance status without waiting for a monthly report.

Today

A multi-state vendor-compliance practice

Serving manufacturing, construction, IT/ITES and retail clients with on-ground audit teams and a Delhi–Gurugram base.

Who You'll Actually Work With

Four specialisations under one roof

Rather than one generalist handling everything, your account is supported by people who specialise in a slice of labour law — so a CLRA question and a PF query both go to someone who deals with that all day.

Client Relationship Team

Your single point of contact — schedules audits, escalates risks, and turns our findings into a plan you can act on.

CLRA & Licensing Desk

Tracks every contractor licence, principal-employer certificate and gate-entry record across your worksites.

Payroll & Statutory Filings

Reconciles PF, ESI and LWF contributions against what contractors actually paid, and files the returns on time.

Audit & Inspection Response

Runs the periodic contractor audits, and is on call when a labour inspector shows up without warning.

What Guides The Work

Four things we don't compromise on

Accuracy over speed

A register filed fast but filed wrong helps nobody when the inspector cross-checks it.

Plain-language reporting

Our updates read like an operations memo, not a legal opinion nobody has time to decode.

Worker welfare, not just paperwork

A compliant register should mean the worker actually got paid correctly — we check both.

Say the bad news early

If a contractor is falling behind, you hear it from us in week two, not at renewal time.
